Saturday, April 29, 2006 | On this day:

Pending Changes.

As all of us might be aware that very recently our blog suffered an blogger outage and was given an outlook, it had 6 months ago. I was waiting for the other admins to correct that, but it seems that the task has not been performed upto the perfection. Therefore, I am stepping in to get back the blog to its original state.
Now, the reason why I am writing this post is that the other members should leave the pending changes(which I am missing out) as comments to this post as soon as possible. I'll do the rest.
A few of the "lost" points I could figure out are
- On this Day: Wikipedia
- MSM link
- Rest you tell me(I mean it)

Regards
(Siddharth Razdan)

Note:
1) A nice opportunity for us to try a new template. What say?
2) Uma, I wished you a happy birthday and you didn't even said "Thank You". That's rude :-)

Make the changes in the present template code. I would advise against choosing a new template presently.

Keep it simple.. none of the other templates look as sober and neat as this one. This one looked bad before we changed the top header picture to the present one. There used to be an ugly looking thing there..

Open to new ideas, try to beautify this template itself.

I think the blog was repaired by someone before your post.. April 29, I think I remember seeing the Dynamites and More Links thing being already present before April 29 (which also makes me ask, why is Tarun's name in italics?).

Yes, This template is kool and best. Change of template is not required, Siddharth. We can make some mods in this template.

@ Shashank- I made those changes. As I was new to DynamiX blog template I didn't knew what to add or delete.... So I modified the template according to my memory. I kept my name in Italics 'coz i was made admin for the time being. Now, Its back to normal.

Good job Tarun.. could you remind me what class you are in currently? I've been getting a little disconnected from reality nowadays. :-)

In 10th class ... in X-B to be more precise. Check your connection(to reality), Shashank.

Out of the above 6 comments(now 7), none has solved the puropose of this post. Kindly, let me know what are the changes pending. Or if this blog is done with the repair work, I would like to convert this post to draft.

And yeah, Tarun is not an admin now, nor his name in italics.

I think you need a eye check, Mr.Razdan. Or I dunno what you need. As I can see, every comment is related to the post which is on template issue. You can check that the post is on template controversy. Thanks Siddharth for declaring publically that I'm not an admin now. I think Razdan you only added MSM link to the blog nothing else.. ON THIS DAY: WIKI was there when i restored the template.. somebody might have played with that...!!!

* Template is the side issue, Tarun. The real motive of this post is to inform you people to me, the pending changes that need to be done to this blog(look at the title of this post). It'll be very interesting to see if you could point out any such comment above.

* Now, even I am realising that the phrase "Tarun is not an admin now" shouldn't have been there, but I think it wasn't that rude that you should have brought it to my notice. Anyway, I was at an error here and I apologise for it.

* I swear upon the Holy Gita that I have made those two changes. Now do you believe me Tarun? ;-)

* Tarun you, and I faintly remember, another one Sanchit(not sure), do use the phrases like "I think you need a eye check" and stuff like that. Doesn't look professional. Kindly don't use these kinda language again in future.

* No offence intended to anyone, but I think the duties are at an mismatch here. As we all know, Sanchit Gulati hardly shows his presense here on this blog and and I don't think he knows HTML too. So, for what he's an admin for? Sending invitations? I would like Ayush & Shashank to reconsider their decisions regarding their new "Board of Directors" for Dynamix-Notes. Also, I would like to recommend Tarun Gahlot's name. His HTML skills are worth making him an admin & one example all of us has seen very recently. HE comes in handy in emergency situations & otherwise too. Personally, I would like to make him an admin but only after when he has some good whereabouts of Dynamix i.e. maybe in July or August or so.

Signing off~

(There is no need to write @Siddharth bcoz this comment is reply to the above "comment" posted by Siddharth Razdan).

* Mr.Razdan , I think you didn't saw the last lines of your post titled - "Pending Changes". Let me state those lines for you here

Note:
1) A nice opportunity for us to try a new template. What say?

Though you are right to some extent but comment posted earlier were not sooo inappropriate, that you had to pin-point them !!!

* Now blog template is back to normal, so can we stop this issue now.

* Its O.K Siddharth. But next time please ensure you don't write things which are "NOT REQUIRED BY ANYONE".

* I'm not sure about those changes but I'm damn sure that ONTHISDAY : WIKI was there when I restored the template.( THIS LINE IS LIL BIT CONTRADICTORY)

* I was made member of DynamiX-Notes in December or January(I don't remember the month) . I'm junior most member out here but I'm on Siddharth's side that Sanchit hardly provided any help when the DynamiX-Notes was in some kind of problem. I'm not saying that he is should be removed from ADMIN post but he should be made aware of his duties atleast.

* And Siddharth , India is secular and democratic country. I have full right to use any kinda language except abusive ones. For professional look, I mind my language very well.

I've sent a mail to Sanchit, let's not take any action immediately. Maybe he's just enjoying his holidays. :-)
