Hey guys. Its a bad news but boostful . Today we guys had MINET 2006. We participated in :

Team 1 - Uma, Prashanth and Sanchit | Status : Qualified for finals
Team 2 - Tarun , Siddharth and Ankit | Status : No further progress
Crossword -
Team 1 - Uma, Prashanth | Status : No further progress
Team 2 - Tarun and Sanchit | Status : No further progress
Group Discussion -
Shakti | Status : No further progress
Web D -
Tarun and Prashanth | Status : We don't know.
Senior Programming :
Siddharth Razdan and Ankit . | Status : Dis-qualified
So all the above stated results are pretty bad. Note : It should be taken into consideration that we are completely new bloods. Will take time.
Therefore, I believe we should have some planning. Any suggestions are accepted.
I think for other events team will be as follow ( bad news : only GD participant Shakti has refused to come in any other symposium(s) , Uma please take care of that )
Web D : Only me i.e Tarun. Team with member contradicts. Disaster. So let me go and have some experience. { Prashanth , you should go for MSM ? )
Gaming : Sanchit Or kishlay ( in unavailability of Sanchit )

MINET sucks. I found that out when I participated in it last year with the old crew (and some of the present kids).
It sucks big time!
I know but suggestions are required. MINET follows way of discrimination. Just tell me is my planning good or any amedment ?

It's important that you guys keep participating, that'll give you tips and idea for your next competition as well as for our own event.
Talking about that.. what is exactly the status of our two staple events: FragFest 'n DynamiX? Please try to conduct atleast a simple event as soon as possible, it'll really be of great help to you all professionally as well as for the club. The new core has yet to conduct an event to "make their bones". All the best!
