The keys for "ctrl", "alt" and "del" told me that it was a hoax, my friend. Obviously it is some sort of a joke coming out of some perverted graphic designer's computer. A very badly morphed image too, I must say.

No it isn't a hoax..Microsoft and Apple are on such awesome buddy-buddy terms that Apple just let Microsoft borrow the name "Pod" ;-)
Probably a another one of the ctrl+alt+delete jokes on microsoft and windows:-)
