Sorry, the changes cannot be made, due to some technical and political reasons.
Remove Navigation Bar: I presume you are refering to the horizontal bar at the top. That cannot be removed since it is made mandatory by Blogger, and no change in the code can be done to affect its presence.
Remove Blogger Button: There is no practical reason to bring about a change of such kind.
Remove the Tag-Board Link: If we do that, Tag-Board will cut-off the Tag Board service for our web blog, as informed by Tag-Board's Technical Head earlier.
Remove FORCE Link: They have a link to our Blog on their Web Blog, as in accordance to our "Linking Between the Web Blogs" Treaty, it is necessary for us to give a link to their Blog as well.

Note: I would prefer anyone who is suggesting changes, should E Mail to the Blog Administrator (007ayush@gmail.com) and not make a separate post for it.

I agree that the reasons why those things are in place are legit. But I think any suggestions CAN be made on the blog. Just like we announce changes made to the blog, we can suggest changes to the blog, since it affects the blog in the most serious manner.

Chuck the last two words. They're incorrect. Replace with: "direct manner". :-) Thanks

1) Very satisfactory logical reasons for a potentially arguable subject :-)
2) I would like to correct you on one thing. Navigation Bar, a horizontal bar at the top of the blog, can be removed.

But according to Blogger Terms of Service, you are not allowed to remove the Blogger button. Also, these guys are giving out free hosting, much better than others, so why be mean to them?

I agree with Mr. Great Quizzard. Sometimes, having the logo of something/someone stuck on your page is not a bad thing to do because (in general):
1) They provide you free hosting or some service
2) They add a bit of credibility to your site

This is a general thing, not particularly about Blogger. Its like a partnership, they provide the engine, we use that and provide them with content and traffic to their site. It is a smart thing to do. Like once, on some portal I and my friend had started, we were hosted for free by a Web Hosting company, and in return we also acted as a reseller for their Web Hosting packages. I think we have a better unofficial deal with Blogger, free hosting, and just a button!
